Two days before the date of travel, the Candidates are given their departure file, which includes copies of their bio data form, employment contract, visa-stamped passports with immigration stamps, and copies of their insurance and tickets. As a result, the Client is informed of the Candidates' arrival information.

Our technical recruitment managers conduct in-person interviews based on the job description that is provided by our client. According to their area of specialization, the skilled/semi-skilled categories are also put through a trade test.

Candidates are called for medical appointments and other visa processing procedures after getting the final selection list from the Clients.

Our highly skilled and experienced recruitment managers do the initial screening, evaluation, and shortlisting of candidates for the final interview. Candidates are evaluated overall based on their professional aptitude, prior work experience, general knowledge, personality, and workplace adaptability. We next offer the candidates we've shortlisted to the client's representative who makes the final decision.

Organizational behavioral interviews are a component of the technical interview at Sufi International. The managers pay close attention to each applicant's specific behavioral traits throughout the personal interview. They also check the experience certificate to see if the prior employer evaluated their behavior in any way.

We recruit individuals using our active databank, job sites, advertisements, and headhunting once we have received verified job orders and detailed job descriptions for the necessary categories. Our skilled recruitment managers assess the responding candidates' skills against the job description and if necessary, conduct trade tests are done. Complete CVs of the shortlisted applicants together with the Hiring Manager's comments are submitted to the customers for approval or the clients are invited to visit our offices in Asia to directly assess the individuals and gain additional insight into how we operate.

Before leaving India, the candidates receive a brief orientation on the company, the project site, and the placement country.

Our specialized advisors examine the applicant's skills for the post he has applied for at the time of the personnel interview. The candidates' resumes are evaluated, and their employment records are confirmed with references from past employers.

Technical Manager conducts interviews with applicants based on the client's questionnaire to confirm their understanding of the specialization they have applied for.

Engineers with varied expertise are competent to serve as our Technical Managers. They have more than ten years of experience with our company and have successfully conducted interviews that have pleased our clients. 

Candidates go through their medical requirements with a panel of doctors and are informed of their medical fitness report.

Passports and the necessary paperwork are delivered to the Consulate for Visa Stamping after the Visa documents are received from the Clients.

Visa Stamped Passports are then submitted to Protector of Emigrants (POE) for Emigration clearance on the passports of the candidates

The Times of India, Assignments Abroad, Hindu, Malyalam Manorma and local publications in the relevant cities are among the top English and regional newspapers in India where we place ads for the necessary categories. We post our clients' employment requirements on job boards including Naukri.com, Timesjobs.com, Monster.com, and Sufi International's job portal. We also conduct headhunting across Asia for specific specialized job categories.
